We had our first Women’s Health and Wellness Day for the community on Valentines Day at Keller Williams Realty Mid Maine. It was a huge success enjoyed by all. A group of women in our office got together and decided there has been so much negativity in the news recently, that we wanted to do something uplifting for women in our area. It was a fun-packed day of education, inspiration, and pampering. Attendees had broad interests to choose from including: massage, blood pressure and bone density testing,   beauty products, jewelry, Maine-made soaps, scents, nutrition and fitness classes as well as feng shui just to name a few.

The twofold purpose of this free public event was to give to clients and community members as well as raise funds for our chosen charity, The Heart Gallery.  The Heart Gallery is a photographic exhibit of children in foster care with the purpose of helping to find 'forever' homes for them.  All donations given that day are hugely appreciated!
